03.How to make Egg Coffee at home?

To make this classic Vietnamese Coffee, you need the following ingredients given below:

To begin with, take a coffee filter and fill it with 2 tablespoons of coffee and hot water and keep it aside.

Then place a glass in a large bowl full of hot water. Take another bowl and add the egg yolks (pasteurized eggs), whisk them nicely and add 2 tablespoon condensed milk. Add some vanilla essence to it and whisk till it turns foamy.

Make sure that the egg foam is airy so that egg foam floats on the top of the coffee and adds a nice texture.

Next, layer the coffee by adding the filtered coffee in the glass and using a spoon add the foamy egg mixture on the top and indulge in the goodness of the classic Vietnamaese coffee.
